About the Event
The Lava Ridge Olympics are happening soon! As you may know, this day is a fun-filled competition that every student looks forward to for months. Our Lions have practiced hard, to learn their roles (Coach, Captain, Sports Behavior Coach, Team Manager or Fitness Trainer/Team Doctor), to practice skills needed for their events (Hip-pity Hop Soccer, Toxic Waste Clean-up and Race to the Base, to name a few), and to work together as a team.
As you can imagine, it also takes a lot of effort to transform the northern playground into the Olympic Stadium: stages must be erected, sound systems installed, inflatables inflated, etc. Our wonderful PE teacher, Mr. Roberts, would love assistance getting this massive event set up and torn down by YOU, our Olympic fans! Thanks in advance for your help!
