They met working at Camp Tadmor as summer counselors in 2003 and they have 3 kiddos Mia (6th grade), Liam (5th grade), Nolan (2nd grade). She was fortunate to be a stay at home mom for 12 years and she now works full-time as the Lead Program Coordinator for CODSN (a local non-profit that supports families experiencing disabilities). The Kackley’s moved from Portland to Bend in 2015 and enjoy living in a smaller city now. Callie is your classic Type A personality and loves to organize and coordinate events. She also loves enjoying the beautiful lakes in Bend on a paddle board, cheering for the Ducks and spending time with friends and family!

Tera Martincic

Vice President

Tera moved to Bend in 2017 with her husband Peter and two daughters, Claire (8th grade @ Sky View) & Avery (5th grade).  Before moving to Bend, Tera taught Kindergarten for 16 years and loved being in education. Now working “Full Time” as a mom, she feels very fortunate to be more involved with her daughters, their schools, and their daily lives.  She loves volunteering in the classroom and helping the school community. With her busy girls, she is either at the hockey rink or dance studio.  You may also see her around the neighborhood walking her golden retriever, Millie.  She also enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, and spending time with her family.

Katie Speck

Katie is a Bend native (born & raised) as well as her husband Joe.  They have 3 boys, Colten & Riley (twins in the 5th Grade) and Cameron (1st grade). Katie works part-time as a bookkeeper and full-time as a mom.  She can be frequently seen volunteering at the school, on the sports field (soccer, football and baseball), in the gym (basketball, wrestling and rock climbing) or at the hockey rink. Being a mom of three active boys makes for little downtime, when she does have time, she enjoys time in the outdoors, walking the butte, taking a hike or enjoying some beach time (both lake and ocean).
